Cancellation Policy

Peterborough Pop Ensemble Cancellation Policy 

The Peterborough Pop Ensemble hopes it will never have to cancel a concert; however, in the event this must occur, every effort will be made to reschedule the performance and any purchased tickets will be honoured at the new date of the performance.

  1. Ticket holders will be notified of the cancellation and, if possible, the rescheduled date, in a timely fashion using the following means of communication:
  • PPE website – popensemble.com
  • PPE Face Book page
  • PPE Twitter account
  • Local radio stations
  • Market Hall Website – markethall.org
  • Market Hall Twitter Feed
  1. Upon notice of the cancellation, ticket holders will be asked to hold on to their tickets and instructed to check the PPE website, PPE Face Book page, and the Market Hall website for confirmation of the new performance date.
  1. Once a new date has been scheduled, ticket holders will be instructed to hold on to their tickets and present them at the door on the date of the rescheduled performance.
  1. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled concert MUST contact the PPE Business Manager no later than two weeks prior to the rescheduled performance date to secure a refund. (info@popensemble.com or 705-740-6052)
  1. Refunds:
    1. A refund of the ticket price will only be issued if the cancelled concert cannot be rescheduled.
    2. The $3.00 Market Hall Box Office Fee is non-refundable.
    3. To obtain a refund for tickets purchased at Market Hall: Contact the Market Hall Box Office at 705-749-1146.
    4. To obtain a refund for tickets purchased through members of the PPE or at any of the outlets: Contact the PPE at info@popensemble.com or 705-740-6052 to arrange a refund with the Business Manager.
